 Another note is the wording of the {{{site_health}}} capability suggestion
 in [attachment:"46957.diff"]:

 {{{
 if ( ! current_user_can( 'site_health' ) ) {
 }}}

 It feels like it's missing the verb part, like to {{{view_site_health}}}
 or to {{{access_site_health}}} or something similar.

 Like we have with the existing {{{install_plugins}}} capability.
