 @all, the purpose, because there is always a purpose, is to demonstrate
 that wordpress knows that my site is a development site so "site health"
 should also know it !


 And i totally agree on removing grading

 (if not all the "site health" approach that lacks maturity and looks more
 and more toxic to me).
