 Nice! I poked in that direction a little, but ran into two main problems:

 - Plugins that aren't in w.org, so won't have a support forum URL
 - Plugins that have a different plugin slug to their support URL (eg,
 https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/hello.php/ does not redirect you to
 https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/hello-dolly/)
