 I notice that the red notification bubble is persistent and it is not
 clear to me, as a user, how/when it should disappear. Not sure if this is
 a UI bug and should make it clearer to users what actions are needed
 before the bubble disappears. I have tried to create and change my Policy
 Page but to no avail.
