 Thank you for your feedback.

 I am generating this issue in the development version (5.2-beta3-45248).
 So can you please try to regenerate this issue by the following step?

 From Admin Dashboard > Media > Library > Select edit option of previously
 uploaded image > After that click on `Edit Image` button underneath image.
 Please check attached video link for the generated issue.
