 Hi,

 I've used the previous patches and in

 45066.8] the failing tests are fixed.

 I was not sure if it ok to remove the wp-a11y from Gruntfile.js, so I've
 attached another patch
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/45066/45066.9.diff
 45066.9], where it's removed.
