 Hi @nnikolov, thanks for the report and the extremely helpful video
 demonstration!

 The user interface is very confusing in this case, but those controls are
 only supposed to apply to the currently selected image, so this is working
 as expected. In the new block editor, this is much less confusing because
 you're not able to insert multiple images at a time in the same way.
