 Thanks @ianbelanger.

 Some notes:
 - Where did this particular shade of blue come from? I don't see it in
 https://codepen.io/hugobaeta/full/RNOzoV/. (We'll want to make sure all
 colors we're using for badges are coming from this color guide.)
 - The badges should retain the 3px border radius. Border-radius is a
 common pattern for badge styling.
 - We try to avoid using `#000` for text colors in the admin, unless it's
 necessitated by contrast. Instead, I'd recommend using `#32373C` or
 `#555D66`.

 FWIW, I still think going grey is the better direction.
