Comment:

 [attachment:"46623.2.patch"] Implements the thin outline only as
 discussed, and uses the same color for all the core provided tests at this
 time. We're still retaining the other color options, but they'll still be
 outlines like everything else. This is so that plugins or themes utilizing
 it can still make use of them.

 It right aligns as discussed, and uses the blue color on the outline (for
 a small, barely noticeable, dash of color)

 This is it, the one we're using.
