 Are you seeing the problem in the dashboard, on the frontend or both?

 I'll take a look to see if I can figure out what's happening. I've set
 myself at the owner but if you have any code suggestions it would be
 appreciated, even if it's pseudo code.

 The changes were made so WordPress's comment-reply JavaScript could switch
 to unobtrusive techniques.
