#45529: Correct phpdoc example for Internal Pointers
-------------------------------------------------+-------------------------
 Reporter:  daleharrison                         |       Owner:  garrett-
                                                 |  eclipse
     Type: defect (bug) | Status: accepted
 Priority:  normal                               |   Milestone:  5.3
Component:  Administration                       |     Version:  3.3
 Severity:  normal                               |  Resolution:
 Keywords:  has-patch needs-refresh 2nd-opinion  |     Focuses:  docs
-------------------------------------------------+-------------------------
Changes (by garrett-eclipse):

 * keywords:  has-patch needs-refresh => has-patch needs-refresh 2nd-opinion
 * milestone:  5.2 => 5.3

Comment:

 Moving this off of the 5.2 milestone as it's no longer a priority seeing
 that [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/44787 r44787] is now in
 trunk which removes the privacy pointer leaving no active pointers.

 Added 2nd-opinion to get feedback as to the correct approach to
 introducing a code block to phpdoc and if it should be a @link insteat.
