 Two comments, when looking at the screen, I'm getting the "We recommend
 you update your PHP" but I'm running 7.2.0, granted it's not 7.3, but at
 what level does the recommendation kick in until?

 Regarding the badges, I'm not a big fan of the colors.  What about using
 the area to provide a quick glance of the info needed for that issue.
