 Sounds like it might be an artifact from the plugin before the new UI
 landed, lots of changes there that may have been missed still.

 I agree they should be consistent, personally I prefer the look of the
 more descriptive `Site Health Status`, as single word headings have never
 felt right to me, but that may be a language thing.
