 If there are installed plugins that match the search terms, what about
 adding a link to the top of the results that goes to a filtered view of
 the dashboard plugin list table for those search terms.  The link could
 read something like "You have installed plugins that match these search
 terms. Click here to view".  Then ''remove'' installed plugins from the
 search results.
