 In addition to changing how the cards are displayed we could show the end
 user what within the plugin is causing the match. Highlight what is
 matching similar to how most search results work to give the user more
 context about why a plugin is matching a search.

 This is related to https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/2754

 Additionally we could send the list of installed plugin slugs along with
 the search request and then boost those plugins. So even if an installed
 plugin is on the third page of results, it will get boosted up to the top
 because it is already installed. This would sort of personalize the
 results for the end user and combined with the highlighting feature should
 let the user know when a plugin they already have may work well.

 All of this of course requires changes to the search API.
