 Hi @internationils,

 I did some testing, and I think that everything is working as it should.
 My hunch is that the Blog page you described is also selected as the Posts
 Page in Settings > Reading. When this is the case, the page will not show
 the contents of that page. It will list all posts instead.

 I am going to close this out as a `worksforme`. If you are still
 experiencing this issue, I recommend opening an issue on the
 [https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ WordPress.org support forums].
