 Tiny MCE have included image title in its version 4.1.8

 But, I can see in the latest version of WordPress that when I try to add
 images using tinymce editor then it only gives description and image URL
 and do not let us enter title there.

 Also, the latest version of tinymce is 4.8.2 and we are using 4.8.0. Can
 we please update that also?
