 Hello @uschoene and welcome to Trac.

 Since WooCommerce is a plugin it should be their responsibility to add
 these, IMHO. Without checking this, I presume there is a filer for adding
 this to the feed.

 But all for adding these to the wordpress.org API, as an option. That is a
 ticket for the Meta Trac, I think.
