 With all the new endpoints having been committed, something is causing
 changes to `wp-api-generate.js`.

 The `$fixture_replacements` array in `rest-schema-setup.php` needs to be
 regenerated, per [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/41123#comment:3
 these instructions].
