 @ocean90: Are you sure it was `yarn`? That gets installed into
 `packages/node_modules/.bin`, the build should be using that `yarn`
 (that's what it does when I run it on my sandbox).

 I think it's broken because it looks like the `package-lock.json` changes
 were generated on MacOS, instead of Linux.
