 As caching requirements will be different for different projects, it may
 be best to keep this caching as a plugin. To that end, I have created a
 plugin that will do the caching. You can find the code
 [https://github.com/spacedmonkey/wp-user-query-cache here]. This plugin
 requires a number of new filters to added in core.

 I would love feedback on this plugin.
