 @atimmer: You need to run `grunt webpack:dev` after upgrading these
 packages, particularly `block-library`, which copies the PHP files for
 core dynamic blocks.

 Also, remember to run unit tests after this, too, as I think one of the
 blocks changed their structure a little, which will break the block
 fixture tests.
