 Some users tend to double-click all buttons and links. On the password
 recovery form (/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword) when the submit button
 is double-clicked, two emails will be sent. At this point the user is
 confused about which link to use to recover the password and fails
 finishing the recovery.

 It would be good for the submit button to have a time limit or some other
 means to prevent a double-click from happening.
