 Thanks @crunnells!

 [attachment:"45045.3.patch"] fixes the margin issue, as well as:

 * Removes bullets from Recent Posts widget in the editor, and fixes
 margins.
 * Makes sure the citation alignment for the large quote block is the same
 on the front-end and in the editor.
 * In the function that enqueues the editor styles, swaps
 `get_template_directory_uri()` for `get_theme_file_uri()`, to better match
 other enqueues in the theme.
