 Hi @Sveto, welcome to WordPress Trac! Thanks for the report.

 The `continents-cities.php` file lists the
 [http://php.net/manual/en/timezones.php timezones supported by PHP].

 For Bulgaria and Greece, there are `Europe/Sofia` and `Europe/Athens`,
 both of which [source:tags/4.9.8/src/wp-admin/includes/continents-
 cities.php?marks=437,481#L433 are in the file].

 Could you clarify what exactly is missing?
