 Thank you for the patch, @wbrubaker!

 Just removing the `<p>` changes the margins, as can be seen in the
 screenshots I've attached.

 Rather than adding new CSS to handle this, the simpler solution is
 probably change the output HTML indentation, as @afercia suggested as a
 second workaround in [comment:1 comment #1].
