 I like the idea, but it's a little tricky with things that are done in the
 Customizer and things that are done on other admin pages. The home page is
 something that is still available in both (thank goodness!).

 The things listed under Next Steps involve creating content. Deciding what
 goes on your home page might be difficult at the point of installation,
 since there is no content. You can't choose a non-existent page for the
 Home Page. Perhaps it is better under More Actions? Or just doesn't belong
 because you need content first?
