Comment:

 [attachment:"45178.20.diff"] fixes the user's saved WordPress.org username
 from being changed to `wordpressdotorg` when they click the About page
 link to install the Classic Editor plugin.

 There's one minor inconsistency in this, the "Your WordPress.org username"
 box shows the saved username, rather than `wordpressdotorg`. I don't think
 this is a huge issue, particularly as fixing it will require adding logic
 to `install_plugins_favorites_form()`.

 @melchoyce: Does this seem reasonable to you?
