 @littler.chicken can you provide more details on how to reproduce what you
 are seeing? What are you using for a testing environment?

 I have tried the following:

 - Blog page as draft.
 - Blog page pubished.
 - Plugin on.
 - Plugin off.
 - The same page assigned to Home Page and Blog Page (this shows a warning
 in the Reading Settings area, but appears to save).
