 [attachment:"45178.15.diff"] covers:
 - Updating the various images
 - Adding new "developer happiness" images
 - Fixing the responsive figcaption styles
 - Adding a link to wporg plugin favorites as a shortcode to get to the
 classic plugin

 Pending final feedback asset, I'm going to compress and package the images
 and pass over to @joemcgill for srcsetting.
