 [attachment:"45217.2.diff"] iterates further on replacing the meta box
 with a placeholder. For users who are able to install/activate plugins, it
 shows a link to install or activate the Classic Editor plugin.

 Once the plugin is activated, it shows a link to edit the post in the
 classic editor, instead.
