 Having presented this issue to the other WordPress 5.0 Release Leads:
 there isn't a plan for any kind of in-dashboard messaging for this notice.
 @matt suggested that the Classic Editor Plugin description would be a
 useful place to include info about its use for users of assistive
 technology.

 I understand that adding info to the Classic Editor doesn't satisfy the
 point raised in Slack: some users won't know if they [i]need[/i] the
 Classic Editor plugin.

 While I appreciate the point of this ticket, there won't be an in-
 dashboard place for this messaging so I'm not sure where it should go.

 Aside from the Classic Editor description (which users won't see if they
 don't know they need it): where should this live?

 (Though keep in mind the Classic Editor will be a featured plugin, so it
 will have more visibility than the average plugin.)
