 We'll need to look through all of class-wp-editor.php, remove
 old/outdated/unneeded tweaks and fixes, restructure it a bit to support
 enqueuing of TinyMCE plus all default plugins from script-loader, etc.

 Also would be good to look at how we load TinyMCE, does it still make
 sense to concatenate and pre-compress it together with all plugins and
 output it from PHP (`wp-tinymce.php`), etc.
