 Thanks @davidakennedy and @pento!

 [attachment:"45244.1.patch"] makes a couple small changes:

 1. The bottom margin of the last child in the Media & Text block now has a
 bottom margin of zero.
 2. The centred widget styles now centres the bullets, along with the text,
 on the front-end and in the editor.
