 The Custom Fields meta box was added to Gutenberg in
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/11084. We will need to copy
 the PHP changes over into Core after the `@wordpress/edit-post` package is
 updated so that Custom Fields are supported in 5.0.
