 The classic editor's meta boxes are incorrectly being listed underneath
 ''Advanced Panels'' in the block editor's ''Options'' modal.

 **Steps to reproduce:**

 1. Create a new post
 2. Click on the ''Show more tools & options'' (︙) button
 3. Select ''Options''

 **Expected behaviour:**

 Only the ''General'' and ''Document Panels'' sections should appear.

 **Actual behaviour:**

 The ''Advanced Panels'' section appears with ''Publish'', ''Categories'',
 ''Tags'', etc.
