 The HTML block used to use `wp.codeEditor` to add syntax highlighting, but
 this was [later
 removed](https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/10396). Setting
 `window. _wpGutenbergCodeEditorSettings` when the block editor loads is
 therefore unnecessary.
