Comment:

 > Seems to be an {{{ Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected string}}} on the
 Themes page

 The SyntaxError is coming from the {{{ wp-emoji-loader.js}}} file,
 included on {{{ line 46}}} on {{{ wp-admin/themes.php}}}

 After further testing, it appears that this may only be a Windows
 10/Chrome issue. Mac users are not seeing the glitch.
