 Since updating to 4.9.6 I can no longer edit posts on my mobile devices
 (iPad Air, iPhone 7). Once I have interacted with the text in the edit
 field I can no longer scroll up or down on the screen. Consequently, if I
 highlight text at the end of my post, I cannot scroll back up to make
 format changes, or click the Update button, etc.

 Tried dumping cache, no luck. Tried deactivating plugins, no luck.
