 Welcome to WordPress Trac!

 This was due to the fact that in 4.9.6 we updated to a newer version of
 TinyMCE, but by the time that the update was finished, TinyMCE released
 their own update, which fixed bugs introduced in the version we added
 (such as the one you found).

 We're tracking this in #44134
