 Hi, I could not reproduce the bug on a clean WordPress 4.9.6 install and
 with no 3rd party plugin activated.

 Can you please confirm that you are encountering the same issue by
 deactivating all plugins except native ones which get installed with
 WordPress?

 I added couple of screenshots.

 Please let us know if your problem is different from this. If yes, please
 give us the exact steps to reproduce the issue.
