Comment:

 I posted some ideas in

 - [attachment:no-personal-data-found-version-1.jpg]
 - [attachment:no-personal-data-found-version-2.jpg]
 - [attachment:no-personal-data-found-version-3.jpg]

 and attached a patch for the third version in [attachment:44133.diff].

 Another approach might be to not generate an export file, when no personal
 data is found, and mention that in the email instead.
