 One thing I see with this new behaviour is that if comments are held in
 moderation and a user makes a comment, and doesn't tick the box next to
 "Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I
 comment.", then after he/she clicks comment and the page reloads, the
 comment is not seen.

 In that case, the user is confused as to whether the comment was posted
 and could attempt to rewrite post it again unnecessarily or get
 frustrated.

 There should be something to indicate that the comment was posted.
