 If I search with Author option selected in plugin repository (/wp-admin
 /plugin-install.php), no plugin is found unless the author name is present
 in the Plugin name or may be somewhere in the description.

 Example:

 I searched with `Takayuki Miyoshi` as a Keyword and got a handful of
 result, but when I selected Author, it returned no result.
