 Hi 👋 @cookiebot and welcome to trac!

 Just fyi we already have a discussion started about logging in general (
 that includes consents as well and there's already a basic proposal for an
 ongoing class that plugins/core will be able to use to see if a consent
 was given ) see #43797 .

 Since we're in RC at the moment this will be discussed for a future relase
 though as there are some tricky parts behind keeping 'consents' that need
 a good deal of thinking before proceeding.
