 When a users visits a website for the first time, the user should be able
 to opt in or out from cookies. There are a couple of WP plugins that
 provide such functionality. The most common cookie categories are;
 necessary, preference, statistics, marketing. Other plugins should be able
 to retrieve the users consent state through WP Core, which allows them to
 avoid putting unwanted cookies in the users browser, without having to
 explicitly support certain cookie consent plugins.
