 Thanks @macbookandrew ! This applies with a little fuzz (so many commits
 today) and tests well.

 I think this sentence is no longer appropriate since we have moved the
 "Snippets" to a separate page:

 > On the edit page screen, you will find additional privacy information
 added by your themes and plugins

 I think we should just delete that sentence. What do you think @azaozz  ?
