 @Clorith My initial thought is that if one opens the index file, which
 lives inside a zip file, that shows the download was complete and unzipped
 successfully. Is that not the case? Perhaps I mis-understand the way the
 downloading process works here.

 Regarding the initial point about being logged in, I'm still on the fence
 about whether the link should be one-time-use, or require a login. Could
 it be an optional setting to require login for request/download/delete for
 websites who want to approach this from that perspective?
