value. They can edit and view any post, but because of the user level they
are not shown in the dropdown.
Yes - I apologize, I could have been more clear, upon reading it again.
Rephrase it as "I don't know of a situation where a user who can view and
edit this post ''should'' not be allowed to be selected as an author."
In other words: is there any reason that the authors dropdown can't just
be "people who are allowed to edit this particular page" - a calculation
which abandoned the `user_level` concept many years ago?
