 This is a big change and I'm wondering what issues this fixes in
 Wordpress... that is, when I have issues with MCE4.7 not showing up in
 certain cases, if I replace an old /wp-includes/js/tinymce from an older
 version for MCE4.6, what issues will I this introduce?
